Moatfield PO to close as well
Post Office Ltd is to further frustrate local residents and politicians by adding The Moatfield post office to its list of closures.
The post office, in Harcourt Road, Bushey, was not in the original consultation but has been added after four offices were retained in Buckinghamshire and Essex, the nearest of which is some 20 miles away.
Hertsmere MP James Clappison has expressed concern over the closure, and has called for the consultation into the post offices be opened again.
